Favorite places. Places that intrigue, inspire, or invigorate. Places that remind us of good times or thoughtful moments. Everyone has places they love to think about. I have many. Painting plein air (outside on location) gives me the opportunity to combine the beauty of the natural world with my passion for painting. The texture and lushness of oil paints are the perfect medium to express the substance of the landscapes that intrigue me. My work is exhibited in galleries and shows in the Pacific Northwest.
